Privacy Policy

Last updated August 10, 2026

This site is operated by 2100 Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us”), which does business as Cain & Co. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us:

  • Merchandise orders. When you buy something, we store your name, email address, and shipping address so we can fulfill and ship the order, along with a reference to the corresponding Stripe payment.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date you confirmed it, and a record of which newsletters we sent you.
  • Push notifications. If you enable them, we store the notification endpoint your browser issues, the associated encryption keys, and your browser's user-agent string.
  • Shopping cart. We store a random cart token in a cookie so your cart survives page loads. It is not tied to your identity.
  • Site administrators. Accounts used to manage this site store an email address, a hashed password, and the IP address and user-agent of each sign-in. These are not fan-facing accounts.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are submitted directly to Stripe and never reach our servers — we store only Stripe's identifiers for your checkout session and payment, plus the order and shipping details described above.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Mailgun — delivery of order confirmations and newsletters.
  • DigitalOcean — hosting and image storage.

Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. Embedded content from YouTube and links to streaming services are governed by those companies' own policies.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and customer-service purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Push notification subscriptions are kept until you disable notifications or the endpoint expires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK, and the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

To make a request, email us at info@2100enterprises.com. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
